RTX8000

Recover for RTX8000 BIOS for "Founders Edition" nVidia RTX8000.

This was my technique for recovering from the message "WARNING: infoROM is corrupted at gpu 0000:05:00.0*

1. Download latest rom from HPE
2. Use cpio, or 7zip to decompress and expand out the nvflash, and perl script
3. Shutdown any drivers using nvidia (rmmod nvidai*)
4. Backup your VBIOS; ./nvflash --save VBIOS.bin
5. Re-Flash the new VBIOS ./hpsetup_generic -i
6. Reboot once done
7. nvidia-smi -q, also check flash.log and gpu.log
8. ./nvflash --save info.ifr
9. ./nvflash --repairfs
10. ./nvflash --recoverinforom
